Lead in a way that
still feels like you.

For leaders who've built the career, the title, and the life that looks right from the outside, and who quietly sense there's a more honest way to lead, and to live.

If you're leading from a place that no longer feels like you, if the version of success you built no longer fits the person you're becoming, this is where things begin to shift.

I help leaders come home to themselves.

I've spent over two decades in the corporate world. I've sat in the rooms, held the titles, delivered the results. And somewhere along the way, I realised that the most important work a leader does has nothing to do with strategy decks or quarterly targets. It has to do with alignment. With returning to who you actually are, and leading from that place.

Working with Shivani changed how I show up as a leader. Not because she gave me a formula, but because she helped me see what was already there. For the first time in years, I feel aligned with the work I'm doing and the person I'm becoming.

The quiet cost of leading from a place you've outgrown

What happens when the role still fits on paper but no longer fits in practice.

Alignment is not about perfection

Why the goal is not to get it all right, but to lead from what is true.

Returning to yourself is not a luxury

The case for making inner work a leadership practice, not a personal indulgence.

The Aligned Leader

Three questions to return to yourself. A short guide for leaders who sense there's a more honest way.

Shivani Suri

ICF-certified Coach and Facilitator. Two decades of corporate leadership. Over 3,000 hours of coaching.

I didn't arrive at coaching through a textbook. I arrived here through lived experience, the kind that teaches you things no certification ever could.

For over two decades, I built a career in the corporate world. I held senior leadership roles at Flipkart, eBay India, Vedantu, and Sony, working across media, entertainment, telecom, e-commerce, and ed-tech, all during their highest growth phases. I set up functions, coached leaders, and shaped the growth trajectories of large teams. And I did it well. But somewhere along the way, a question started to surface that I couldn't put back in its box: is this still me?

Shivani Suri walking through a sunlit garden courtyard

That question changed everything. It led me to train as an ICF-certified Coach, complete my certification with the Foundation for Holistic Life Coaching in the US, and accumulate over 3,000 hours of one-to-one coaching. I trained in facilitation, behavioural frameworks, and healing modalities, and began working with the leaders who were asking the same question I had, quietly, in their own way.

Shivani Suri laughing freely

I bring something to this work that's rare: I've been on both sides of the table. I've been the senior director sitting in the room wondering if anyone else feels the gap between what they do and who they are. And now I sit on the other side, holding space for the leaders who are brave enough to close that gap.

As a coach, I don't fix problems. I fix the thinking behind the problem. I help you tap into your innate potential by strengthening your intuitive guidance and attention. I work with startup founders, CEOs, celebrities, authors, and senior executives. I come from the school of thought that coaching is for everyone, because the greatest in the world has a coach.

Outside the coaching room, I find my centre in yoga and meditation. I'm an avid reader and lifelong learner, a student of Buddhism and the Bhagavad Gita. And every so often, I go scuba diving or jump off planes to satisfy the adrenaline seeker in me.

My coaching is warm but not soft. It's grounded but not rigid. I'll meet you where you are, and I'll walk with you toward where you're becoming.

My Approach

What grounds my work

01

Presence over performance

Real leadership starts when you stop performing a version of yourself and start leading from the one that's true.

02

Alignment, not achievement

The goal is not to do more. It's to lead from a place where what you do and who you are are no longer at odds.

03

The work is relational

Coaching is not something I do to you. It's something we do together. I bring experience, empathy, and an honest mirror.

Shivani has this rare ability to hold space without ever making it feel clinical. She met me with warmth and directness in equal measure. The shifts I experienced in our work together were not dramatic, they were steady, and that's what made them last.

I work with leaders at the intersection of performance and presence. Every engagement is shaped around you, not a formula.

Executive Leadership Development

Who this is for

  • Senior leaders navigating a major transition, a new role, a restructure, a moment that demands something different
  • Executives who sense a gap between how they're leading and who they are becoming
  • Leaders ready to move beyond reactive leadership and toward something more intentional

What we work on

We look at the patterns that got you here, and whether they're still serving you where you're going. Together, we explore your leadership identity, your decision-making instincts, and the relationship between your inner life and your outer impact. This is not skills training. It's a deeper kind of work.

What shifts

  • Greater clarity on how you want to lead and why it matters to you personally
  • A leadership presence that feels grounded, steady, and distinctly yours
  • The ability to navigate complexity without losing yourself in it

Organisational Healing and Transformation

Who this is for

  • Leadership teams that have tried surface-level interventions and found them insufficient
  • Organisations recovering from a difficult period, a crisis, a leadership change, or burnout at scale
  • Founders and CEOs who know the culture needs to shift but aren't sure how to begin

What we work on

We work at the level of the system, not just the individuals within it. I help organisations see the unspoken patterns that shape how people relate, decide, and lead. Through facilitation, coaching, and intentional inquiry, we create the conditions for teams to heal and move forward with greater trust and coherence.

What shifts

  • A culture that moves from dysfunction to shared intentionality
  • Greater psychological safety and honest communication across the team
  • Leadership that models the values the organisation claims to hold

Personal and Professional Alignment

Who this is for

  • High-performing professionals who've achieved the milestones but feel a growing disconnect between their outer life and inner world
  • Leaders in transition: career pivots, re-entry, sabbatical planning, or a life re-evaluation
  • People who want their work life to feel less like a performance and more like an expression

What we work on

We explore the relationship between who you are and how you spend your days. This might involve re-examining values, re-drawing boundaries, or simply making space for what you've been postponing. The work is personal, but it's not separate from the professional. They are the same thing.

What shifts

  • A renewed sense of agency over how you live and lead
  • Greater ease with decisions that used to feel agonising
  • A life that feels coherent, not compartmentalised

I came to Shivani at a point where everything looked successful but nothing felt right. She didn't try to fix me. She helped me see myself more clearly, and that changed everything about how I lead.

The quiet cost of leading from a place you've outgrown

There's a particular kind of fatigue that comes not from doing too much, but from doing something that no longer fits. It looks like burnout but feels different. It's the cost of staying in a version of yourself that you've already grown past.

Alignment is not about perfection

We tend to think of alignment as a destination, a state where everything finally clicks. But alignment is not a place you arrive at. It's a practice. A returning. A willingness to keep adjusting toward what's true.

Returning to yourself is not a luxury

In the language of business, inner work still carries an asterisk. But the leaders I work with know something that the culture hasn't caught up with: the most productive thing you can do is know who you are.

What I mean when I say ease

Ease is not laziness. It's not the absence of challenge. Ease is what happens when you stop fighting yourself. When you stop performing effort and start channelling it. When your doing and your being stop being at war.
