The quiet cost of leading from a place you've outgrown
What happens when the role still fits on paper but no longer fits in practice.
For leaders who've built the career, the title, and the life that looks right from the outside, and who quietly sense there's a more honest way to lead, and to live.
If you're leading from a place that no longer feels like you, if the version of success you built no longer fits the person you're becoming, this is where things begin to shift.

What happens when the role still fits on paper but no longer fits in practice.
Why the goal is not to get it all right, but to lead from what is true.
The case for making inner work a leadership practice, not a personal indulgence.
Three questions to return to yourself. A short guide for leaders who sense there's a more honest way.
ICF-certified Coach and Facilitator. Two decades of corporate leadership. Over 3,000 hours of coaching.
I didn't arrive at coaching through a textbook. I arrived here through lived experience, the kind that teaches you things no certification ever could.
For over two decades, I built a career in the corporate world. I held senior leadership roles at Flipkart, eBay India, Vedantu, and Sony, working across media, entertainment, telecom, e-commerce, and ed-tech, all during their highest growth phases. I set up functions, coached leaders, and shaped the growth trajectories of large teams. And I did it well. But somewhere along the way, a question started to surface that I couldn't put back in its box: is this still me?
That question changed everything. It led me to train as an ICF-certified Coach, complete my certification with the Foundation for Holistic Life Coaching in the US, and accumulate over 3,000 hours of one-to-one coaching. I trained in facilitation, behavioural frameworks, and healing modalities, and began working with the leaders who were asking the same question I had, quietly, in their own way.
I bring something to this work that's rare: I've been on both sides of the table. I've been the senior director sitting in the room wondering if anyone else feels the gap between what they do and who they are. And now I sit on the other side, holding space for the leaders who are brave enough to close that gap.
As a coach, I don't fix problems. I fix the thinking behind the problem. I help you tap into your innate potential by strengthening your intuitive guidance and attention. I work with startup founders, CEOs, celebrities, authors, and senior executives. I come from the school of thought that coaching is for everyone, because the greatest in the world has a coach.
Outside the coaching room, I find my centre in yoga and meditation. I'm an avid reader and lifelong learner, a student of Buddhism and the Bhagavad Gita. And every so often, I go scuba diving or jump off planes to satisfy the adrenaline seeker in me.
My coaching is warm but not soft. It's grounded but not rigid. I'll meet you where you are, and I'll walk with you toward where you're becoming.
My Approach
Real leadership starts when you stop performing a version of yourself and start leading from the one that's true.
The goal is not to do more. It's to lead from a place where what you do and who you are are no longer at odds.
Coaching is not something I do to you. It's something we do together. I bring experience, empathy, and an honest mirror.
Shivani has this rare ability to hold space without ever making it feel clinical. She met me with warmth and directness in equal measure. The shifts I experienced in our work together were not dramatic, they were steady, and that's what made them last.

Who this is for
What we work on
We look at the patterns that got you here, and whether they're still serving you where you're going. Together, we explore your leadership identity, your decision-making instincts, and the relationship between your inner life and your outer impact. This is not skills training. It's a deeper kind of work.

Who this is for
What we work on
We work at the level of the system, not just the individuals within it. I help organisations see the unspoken patterns that shape how people relate, decide, and lead. Through facilitation, coaching, and intentional inquiry, we create the conditions for teams to heal and move forward with greater trust and coherence.
What shifts
Who this is for
What we work on
We explore the relationship between who you are and how you spend your days. This might involve re-examining values, re-drawing boundaries, or simply making space for what you've been postponing. The work is personal, but it's not separate from the professional. They are the same thing.
What shifts
I came to Shivani at a point where everything looked successful but nothing felt right. She didn't try to fix me. She helped me see myself more clearly, and that changed everything about how I lead.

There's a particular kind of fatigue that comes not from doing too much, but from doing something that no longer fits. It looks like burnout but feels different. It's the cost of staying in a version of yourself that you've already grown past.
Read moreWe tend to think of alignment as a destination, a state where everything finally clicks. But alignment is not a place you arrive at. It's a practice. A returning. A willingness to keep adjusting toward what's true.
